Our History: A Journey of Growth and Expertise in Industrial Property

In the dynamic Australian commercial real estate landscape, where industrial property drives economic momentum, our story began in mid-2016 when Muys Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading as OzCommercial Properties, officially entered the property scene as a commercial real estate agency in NSW.

Founded to exclusively support a prominent property developer in project-marketing and selling its industrial projects across Sydney and Melbourne, OzCommercial quickly carved out a niche, emphasising value to the client through re-selling, leasing, and managing industrial properties and strata storage units.

By 2020, the agency had cultivated strong client relationships while steadily growing a modest portfolio of managed industrial properties and storage units.

This foundation set the stage for a pivotal chapter that unfolded at the start of 2021 with a partnership between OzCommercial and Myspace Industrial Agents Pty Ltd. This collaboration harnessed the combined team's experience in project marketing of strata industrial properties, along with deep knowledge of industrial property development and extensive client networks. Together, both businesses navigated the post-pandemic market shifts, turning challenges into opportunities.

Momentum built rapidly. By mid-2023, OzCommercial had transformed from a fledgling operation into a robust force, expanding significantly, forging ties with many clients and managing over a hundred properties. By the end of the 2022/2023 financial year, MySpace Management Pty Ltd was born.

Towards the start of the 2023/2024 financial year, MySpace Management fully acquired OzCommercial Properties. By this time, the agency managed over $250 million in industrial assets with a 99% client retention rate—evidence of our unwavering dedication.

In mid-2025, MySpace Management registered the trading name industrialproperty.ai to reflect our forward-thinking approach, blending traditional commercial real estate acumen with innovative tools. Our story is one of partnerships, perseverance, and progress, empowering developers, owners, and tenants to thrive in Australia's industrial property market.
